Missing erd function in newly packaged DataJoint Toolbox

[erd](https://github.com/datajoint/datajoint-matlab/blob/master/erd.m), specifically the one that is callable via [command syntax](https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/matlab_prog/command-vs-function-syntax.html), is missing and not included with new Toolbox distribution.
