added .gitattributes for file handling and setup.py
Added in a basic model service structure to get everything working. -added main entry point workflow.py -added a configuration and database service -added handler for arguments
resolved numerous issues calling methods.
Added the ability to configure Logging with a Yaml file that will exist there is a hard coded reference to this config file in workflow.py
