Critical fix: SSE streaming

Fixed Caddy flush_interval — agents were connecting but SSE GET connections were being dropped in ~2ms. All organic agent connections were failing silently.

This fix enables agents to complete the full MCP handshake and call tools.

Also fixed

• Server instructions now use namespaced tool names (nonprofit_fetch_nonprofit_by_ein instead of fetch_nonprofit_by_ein)
• search_datanexus_tools added to instructions as the first line for agent discovery
• Credential scanner IP blocked
