• fix: non-tabular and malformed CSVs are now skipped cleanly as untreatable (pre-flight check, strict_mode=false retry, targeted DuckDB catch) instead of crashing or being mislabeled as empty
• fix: CSV scanner recognizes common missing-value strings (NA, N/A, NULL, NaN, …) as NULL so a stray NA no longer breaks numeric type inference
• fix: GeoParquet fallback now triggers on any unparseable CRS (e.g. OGC:CRS84, EPSG:4326), not only projjson — detection is based on the file's b"geo" schema metadata
• change: GeoParquet CRS fallback message demoted from warning to debug — only printed when verbose=True (still recorded in log_file)
• add: log_debug() helper in datannurpy.utils
