Tests in exercise 2 fail, when FHIR files are note named as expected #7
Description
Tests in exercise 2 expect FHIR files to be named as tutorial.xml, but in the exercise this file name is not specified.
I don't know whether tests can be generalized,but it might be easier to define this in the exercise.
