Problem: Pylint upgraded from 2.12 to 2.14 and despite the stated adherence to semver this has caused a lot of errors from the current values in pylintrc. Solution: Regenerate pylintrc and edit to fix new linting failures. Signed-off-by: Paul Hewlett <phewlett76@gmail.com>
