Release 25.0.0: replace the Unreleased (after 24.0.0) markers
wiki: mark #4771 fixed in Unreleased (after 24.0.0) PR #4772 merged. Reword the known-bug warnings as a fixed-in note for 24.0.0-and-earlier users (regenerate enriched files), and update example 4's quoted output to the fixed build (2 of 267 unmatched: 36, 11). wiki: cite #4771 for wrong geocode county codes The missing county matches were a qsv bug, not a Geonames data gap: us_county_fips_code drops the first digit of county codes >= 100, so 27% of the us_cities.csv rows land on a wrong (usually real) county. Reword the example 4 warning, best practice, troubleshooting row and the Geospatial/Recipe notes to cite #4771 and point to the correct viz --geocode path until the fix ships. wiki: US-Census-Integration — scope ACS coverage, note default vintage ACS population covers the 50 states, DC and Puerto Rico, not the island areas; say so in the primer to match the troubleshooting table. Note that the quoted TIGERweb vintage is the current default and will move. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
wiki: add US-Census-Integration page New page for developers and data scientists with only passing Census familiarity: US-only scope note, a five-concept primer (GEOIDs, ZCTA vs ZIP, places/CDPs, TIGERweb vs Data API, vintages), seven examples run against examples/viz datasets, best practices, and troubleshooting. Cross-links from _Sidebar, Home, Integrations and Visualization. Geospatial and Recipe-Geographic-Enrichment gain a note that us_county_fips_code is the 3-digit county part and needs the state prefix for Census joins.
