Remove YAML/JSON example from understanding custom rules page

**Why**
The JSON/YAML examples can be confusing. We can assume that our users know the diffs betwee either technology.

**DOD**
1. Remove both YAML and JSON examples
2. Replace them with a disclaimer that informs the user that Datree supports writing custom rules both in YAML and JSON
