Create search API dashboards #28
Description
Summary
We should have a Grafana dashhoard that gives us an at-a-glance view into the performance of the search API. This should primarily focus on the interaction with users searching the API and performance metrics with downstream components like Meilisearch so we can quickly identify issues.
Acceptance Criteria
- Dashboard created using Grafonnet with generated dashboard code living in the repo
- Kustomize component created to create the dashboard export in a ConfigMap w/ the GrafanaDashboard CRD from the grafana-operator
