Don't create see-also links to see-also items with an offset of -1 #34

As can be seen in this page, if a compiled guide had a broken link when it comes to see-also links, it appears that it generated a see-also item with an offset of -1. Right now ng2web is generating links that attempt to link to a page that doesn't exist.
Instead make them into non-links; perhaps even add some form of "broken link" styling.
