DualSense Emulation Support Release

I forgot to delete debug code, and there might be some unnecessary debug log files generated.
I fixed it, please re-install if you installed this before 2026/06/01 12:00:00 UTC.

1. Changed the backend from ViGEmBus to VIIPER
2. Now supports DualSense, with best-effort Haptic Feedbacks.
3. Back buttons, gyro, touchpads are working just fine.
