Description of Changes

Instead of directly introducing a non-technical person for verification of the on-chain transaction, an introductory guideline has been provided for understanding the under the hood workflow of verification and proper steps are highlighted how the entire process gets done. Some technical details has also been provided for reference. by @dev-Aarish in #215
Another essential but minor addition has been done i.e. giving a button via which the language of that guideline headings can be translated to Bahasa Indonesia. by @dev-Aarish in #215
In the very end of the description process, some suggestions or recommendations has been provided for the user to verify their on-chain verification is complete or not e.g. scanning the QR code, Downloading certificate etc by @dev-Aarish in #215
