This is primarily a bug-fix release, resolving a number of small but significant bugs that have discovered during ongoing testing since the previous release.

In the absence of major bugs, the next release is expected to be 1.0. (Of course, we've said that before...)

Changes:

• A new dependency type, "prepared-by", is available. It is largely equivalent to "depends-on" but a restart of the dependent will also restart the dependency, making it useful for performing cleanup or preparation actions that need to happen between each execution of a service process.

Fixes:

• (Linux) ignore failure to write the "nice" value to /proc/self/autogroup. Normally if a "nice" value is specified it is also used as the autogroup priority, since otherwise (in the presence of the autogrouping feature) it has limited effect. However, this apparently fails for unprivileged execution (dinit run as user session service manager).
• Avoid creation of null reference in dinitctl on offline enable/disable of a service. This triggered an assertion when dinit was built with standard library hardening features available in libstdc++.
• Fix an issue with "before" links which could lead to dangling pointers on service load in certain circumstances.
• Fix an issue which could cause scripted services "start" commands to run twice. Reported by Artix user omut; thanks to omut and capezotte for help in tracking down the cause.
• Fix an issue in dinit-check which caused a segmentation fault when a service was specified as a "consumer-of" a non-existing service (Mobin Aydinfar).
