Problems with vertical layout and screenshots

I relay like this project but I have some difficulties with configuration.
This is my output and workspace configuration:
output DP-3 { resolution 1920x1080 position 0,0 } output HDMI-A-1 { resolution 1920x1080 position -1080,-420 transform 270 } workspace 1 output DP-3 workspace 2 { output HDMI-A-1 workspace_layout vertical }
I also tried using layout_default_mode. This configuration changes layout to vertical but doesn't change default width and height. I can change it using bind for "layout_transpose", but I would like it to be automatic. What am i doing wrong? Is there also a method to set default width an height per output (not just switch them)?

I also have some problem with setting screenshots with grim. First two binds work but i wasn't able to add wl-copy to second and third command. Third one takes screenshot of focused window but it only works in terminal. I think I need to change syntax with quotes but I'm not sure how. Could someone help?

You should check man 5 scroll-output to get information about all the options you can configure per output. In your case, you could try something like this, with changes to your preferred default width/height and layout widths/heights:
