Translucent tab bar glitches ui after exiting fullscreen

Describe the bug

While Translucent tab bar is activated the ui elements at the same height as the search bar get moved up a notch and become unusable

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable Translucent tab bar

2. Click on any video enter fullscreen

3. Leave fullscreen 

4. Check ui elements on Homepage/Searchpage etc.

has nothing to do with translucent bar. this issue was even before i added such option

It always happens when its enabled
I never had it happen again after disabling the translucent bar
