Docker not working

At sart of docker git this error

I don't have the file Dockerfile_web in the folder, it's a bug ?

I'm having trouble understanding how this setup works. Some users claim it functions correctly, but the Dockerfile_web is missing. Despite this, the build process seems to proceed without it.
