Improvements to Control Panel templates:

1. automatic year in the basement (thanks to Sergey Pronin)
2. Delete Schema button renamed to Delete database, as it deletes the database completely.

Reorganizing Docker compose files.

1. There is one docker-compose.yaml in the main directory for quick start.
2. Docker docker-compose files with different docker-compose files in the main directory.
