Export to local file doesn't work

Bug Description

When I try to export results to a local Excel file from a remote server, the file is not created.

Repro Steps

1. On a Windows 11 computer, open VS Code and connect to a remote server
2. Open a file
3. Run a SELECT query on any data from that file
4. Right‑click in the result view, choose Export → All → Excel
5. Click Show local files
6. Select a local folder and click OK
7. Open File Explorer and navigate to the destination folder

Expected Behavior

The Excel file should be created in the folder I selected.

Actual Behavior

No file is created
