BUG: Create function statement boundary in Postgres

In Postgres, DBCode doesn't understand that those are two statements:

I have just released 1.17.17 which should fix this.

I replaced the sql statement identifier I was using with a custom one so I can better deal with all these types of issues. It's a lot faster (other one did more than just provide statement boundaries)…

Let me know if you find any others where it's not handling it and I can get those sorted!
