Bulk editing with custom values

What

Adding the ability to edit multiple cells in a column with a custom value.

Why (problem/use case)

Changing a column to a specific, custom value across selected rows (such as setting a status to expired for multiple rows) without writing SQL.

Additional Context

It'd be nice to select a range, type in the first cell, hit enter, and the value will propagate to the selected cells.

Fixed in 1.28.0, the keyboard shortcut for it is cmd/ctrl+d but it was clashing with the duplicate row option which adds a whole new row.. vs what you want to do is fill a value down.
