Every online user can access the connection created by the administrator.

Describe the bug
The cbadmin created a connection without assigning access to other users. But all online users can see the connection.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Common user "user1" login.
2. The cbadmin creates a new connection.
3. The user1 can see the created connection on the home page.
4. The user1 logout and login again. Can not see the connection any more.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: windows 11
• Browser chrome
• Version: CloudBeaver 24.2.2
