Version 2.5.1.0, Date: 04.12..2025
- new additional spike detection method introduced
- new spike detection method "Version 2" added, see the manual for changes
- new button/dialog for rescanning spikes of result files with new spike settings and/or spike detection method
- new button for 'flipping' raw epoche data (see manual for details)
- menu item "Adjust spike-length" removed: adjustment moved to "new spike settings" dialog
- existing ("old") spike detection method "Version 1" enhanced
- Important change: SpikeLength and PreThreshold values now mandatory in measurement templates for spike detection "Version 1"
- Important change: Value of "SpikePosition" in result files changed: now it is the sample position of
the first sample of the spike within an epoche (before 2.5: sample threshold crossing point within an epoche).
The new value "ThresholdCrossingPosition" holds the position of the threshold crossing point within the spike.
Old result files are adjusted accordingly on loading. - new feature "flip polarity" moved from hardware channels (sound settings) to measurement input channels (electrodes)
- new measurement template values for the new spike detection method features named "SpikeDetectionMethod",
"SpikeTimeReference", "RefractoryTime", "RefractoryTimeTailFactor" and "InputChannelsInverted" (see manual for details) - settings dialog restructured
- new tab for Free Search Settings, some values moved between tabs
- Sound Settings moved to separate dialog (useful for offline analyes without the need to create 'valid' sound settings)
- position information for positive and negative peak within spikes stored additionally in result XML files
