Rigflow 1.1.0 — interactive LO tuning and cross-platform robustness

A tuning-UX and robustness release — and the first built largely on outside
contributions (all of the below, from @JonnieCache).

⚠️ Upgrade the client and server together. This release adds a client↔server
tuning message (atomic VFO frequency updates), so a 1.1.0 client needs a 1.1.0
server and vice-versa. Install the matching pair below.

Tuning

• Interactive LO controls. The LO and LO Offset readouts are now editable —
  click either to type a whole value (14074000, 0.014.074.000, or 14.074 MHz),
  or scroll / drag / arrow an individual digit to tune that decimal place. Existing
  clamping, dial-lock, and radio-acquisition rules still apply.
• Glitch-free tuning. Centre (LO) and target frequency now update as one atomic
  operation, so continuous drag-tuning, recentring, and bookmark recall no longer
  momentarily jump the displayed frequency or LO offset.

Cross-platform & robustness

• Platform-native config directory. The client now stores its config/data in the
  OS-native location: ~/.config/rigflow on Linux (honoring XDG_CONFIG_HOME),
  ~/Library/Application Support/rigflow on macOS, and %APPDATA%\rigflow on Windows —
  fixing Windows, where the client previously couldn't find a config directory at all.
  Existing macOS installs keep using ~/.config/rigflow (no migration); RIGFLOW_CONFIG_DIR
  still overrides.
• Safer settings writes. Config files are written atomically (fixing replacement on
  Windows), and a file from a newer Rigflow build is preserved and reported rather than
  silently overwritten on a downgrade.
• Fail-safe startup. If the configuration genuinely can't be loaded, the client stops
  with a clear error window (naming the path) instead of silently starting as if fresh;
  recoverable corrupt files are still quarantined and startup continues.

Compatibility

Client and server must both be 1.1.0 (new tuning protocol message). Grab the matching

Known issues

• FT8 on Linux (PipeWire): a short beep at the end of each over — cosmetic; the TCI
  transport is clean if it bothers you.
• Receive CW decodes both sidebands (symmetric); AGC is single-rate.
