focus chart filters on focus not unfocus #1267
Description
I kind of think it should not filter in either case, but it's especially weird that it filters
- when focused by the range chart
- when zoomed
- when panned
but not when the range chart resets.
Related to #1074. Probably will cause issues in those rare cases where you want the range and focus charts on different dimensions, since apparently it's only getting reset by the range chart.
