Unable to download whole library

Bug Description

Hi!

Unsure what is going on here but I'm personally unable to download my whole library, with a snackbar saying "No songs available. Please load your library first."

My specs:

• Google Pixel 8a
• Android 16 (GrapheneOS)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the library
2. Click the settings icon
3. Navigate to storage
4. Click "Download All Library"

Expected Behavior

My whole library gets downloaded
