Remove message on app start asking for donations

I like this app, but there is a message (i know it's intended) that asks for donations with a 5 second timer. This is extremely annoying, and I would like it removed if that is okay.

If you need some ideas I think it would be ok to have, but have a toggle to turn the message off, and if that is checked the message is moved to the settings menu so that you still see it.

It could also be set up to only be displayed once, after the user has been using the app for a week or so. The person could select "I've already donated" to remove the messages, or "Remind me later"
