Ensure that only visible branches are selectable #37
Description
On this example issue for Core https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/3569243 you are having one branch being visible and one being hidden:
Problem is if you are trying to create a project for this issue on the coder starter page: https://start.coder.ddev.com/drupal-issue both branches are available and more importantly the hidden branch is the one that is presented by default:
Ideally only visible branches should be available in the dropdown of the select.
