"freeform" template struggles with port 80, switch to 8080

The freeform template doesn't get ddev launch correct, tries https://80--main--testphp2--rfay.coder.ddev.com/ for example, but somehow coder struggles with port 80 (maybe it thinks it owns it). It's not shown on the ports sharing area on the dashboard.

• Change default port to 8080, ddev config global --router-http-port=8080
• Make the push to router and ddev launch smart enough to use port 8080
