The Issue

Untracked files are not handled by check_file_formatting

How This PR Solves The Issue

  • Adds check for unstaged files.
  • Adds check for git command.

Manual Testing Instructions

ddev add-on get https://github.com/ddev/ddev-addon-template/tarball/refs/pull/96/head
ddev restart
