Search needs tweak to prefer keywords in title or other frontmatter

Right now if you search for add-on or add-ons at https://ddev.com/search/ the key add-on maintenance guide is 12th in the list. It should be first :)

If you search for addon, the maintenance guide is second, but should be first.

I already tried this approach, but according to #550 (comment) "Could search results be in descending modified date?" - it was done specifically for the "Windows" search term.

As for the "add-on" - it's treated as two words "add" and "on".

I'll check if we can simply drop the "-" before searching for anything.
