TestCmdAddonPHP/ConfigurationAccessAddon failing intermittently on colima-vz

TestCmdAddonPHP/ConfigurationAccessAddon has failed regularly on colima-vz on more than one runner:

I'll try to reproduce.

May not be related to Colima, but related to TestCmdAddonPHP/ComplexPHPAddon:

I looked as some logs in https://buildkite.com/ddev/ddev-macos-arm64-mutagen/builds/11399#01992e0a-607c-4eb9-b589-21df2a49928f/20721-20733

At the end of the logs, after all tests I see this:

 Container ddev-TestCmdWordpress-web  Stopped
 Container ddev-TestCmdWordpress-web  Stopped

 Container ddev-TestCmdWordpress-db  Removed
 Container ddev-testcmdwordpress-complex-php-addon-1  Removed
 Container ddev-TestCmdWordpress-web  Removed
 Network ddev-testcmdwordpress_default  Removed

Which means that complex-php-addon is not cleaned up after TestCmdAddonPHP/ComplexPHPAddon is done.

Thanks, I figure it has to be TestCmdAddonPHP/ComplexPHPAddon, but OTOH I've only seen it fail on Colima.
