IVR Audio not getting played

Hi,

First of all, thanks for this simple IVR script which has enabled me to get a good picture of it. The thing is when i dial to the modem, i hear ringing twice and then the call gets answered, but after that i dont hear the speech getting played, can you please help me with this issue?
