默认别开启，主动设置后再开启，避免没有使用这个功能的时，一直有一个timer再运行，毕竟 0.5s 就一次，挺频繁的。

FSOptions新增currentPlaybackTimeNotificationInterval，默认为0时不开启定时器 |
