Currently, an archived debug log file is still generated when the instance crashes very early, before the AsyncLogger is initialized. This early crash leaves a debug log file that has not yet been deleted. If the next instance boot also crash early, it archives the previous debug log file that has not yet been deleted by the AsyncLogger.
