IDG will be calculating the proportion of occupancy and productivity, according to the slides sent by the client. The program will generate a CSV report after the teams' journey is completed, which should be used to raise awareness among teams, supervisors, and controllers regarding offenses from IDG.

IDG is still calculating partially, as the tool for collecting missing information to calculate efficiency is still being developed. However, the values ​​already collected are excellent quality indicators to take the lead in the analysis and collection of offenders.

The ofs.conf file has been inserted into the system to direct reports to corresponding broadcast channels.
