No login after entering 2FA code

Hi there, I activated 2FA in user settings. Logged out & logged in again, getting the prompt for 2FA token after entering password. Pressing login & nothing happens.

Following is seen in the Docker logs:

@SystemFuchs you should be able to inspect logs with docker logs command. Can you please check if you see any errors there?

There are no errors in the log and there seems to be no submission of the entered values.

If I try a recovery code instead I'm seeing the following error in the browser console:
