Should disable editing of forms after publishing? #25

Not quite sure about this, but changing a form after it has been published can result in a loss of submitted data.

Deleting a block would remove the data points captured for this block as well. Therefore it is a potentially dangerous action to do and can take the user unintentionally into a weird situation where he loses collected data.

If, after publishing a form, we disable some of the editing functions, like deleting blocks and interactions, it could save the user from that.
