studio: download backup #1015

Feature Description
In addition to "push code to GitHub", specially when content is not (yet) public, users would feel reassured if it would be possible to download a backup.
For such purpose we can add an option to download the content. Either DB content 1 to 1 or we can use the upcoming endpoint (#875) to generate the HTML and download it.
One or the other.
Use Case
User would like to have a backup, just in case. See slack channel 19th Nov. 2020
Important
If offline, backup should be extracted from the local data.
