add VM live migration stat dashboard
fixed wrong metrics names:
d8_virtualization_virtualmachine_*_seconds_total -> d8_virtualization_virtualmachine_*_milliseconds_totalWhy do we need it, and what problem does it solve?
Give the user an understanding of why live VM live migration take a long time to complete.
