Summary

  • Bump version to 0.11.0
  • Generate changelog from towncrier fragments (218.fix, 219.fix, 220.feature, 221.feature, 223.misc)

v0.11.0 highlights

  • Full SODA phase coverage — all 7 phases, perspectives-based review findings, severity mapping
  • raki import-history — backfill history.jsonl from existing sessions (any adapter)
  • Alcove DETECT_READ_SIZE — increased to 32KB
  • rework_cycles from generation — correct metrics for SODA sessions with rework

Merge this, then tag v0.11.0 on main to trigger PyPI publish.
