check we are using the right connections before doing stuff

As eksctl sets up a cluster, it configures the active kubectl context which
ringmaster will then use.

If you manage other clusters set the active context before running
ringmaster

1 .switch context when running kubectl or eksctl
2. restore the original context when finished

1. maintain a list of connection ids to use at .env/connections.yaml
2. check we are use ing these connections
