fix: implemented missing onClick handler for user account deletion (#43)

🎯 Overview & Motivation

The "Delete My Account" action button inside the primary settings workspace interface (components/console/account-page-client.tsx) resolved string match state unlocks successfully but completely lacked an attached execution click hook (onClick).

This PR implements a corresponding async handleDeleteAccount processing method, anchors a mandatory safety modal window warning box to stop misclicks, calls the respective API backend infrastructure layout, and flushes tokens cleanly via signOut upon success.

🛠️ Changes Implemented

• Added async structural error handling loops for DELETE /api/user/account.
• Added full safety gates and UI execution loading descriptors.
