Closes #45

🎯 Overview & Motivation

The profile avatar graphic container element on the account options view page (components/console/account-page-client.tsx) was built using a non-interactive <div> layout. It utilized interactive-looking CSS hover and pointer states (cursor-pointer, opacity masking overlays, and a dynamic camera overlay icon filter).

Because it was a raw <div> tag with no key listeners or native focus support, keyboard-only screen reader configurations completely ignored it, resulting in an inaccessible experience.

This PR upgrades the element tree layer to use a semantic, focusable <button> container with clear accessibility metadata tags.

🛠️ Changes Implemented

  • Converted the outer avatar <div> element block into an accessible HTML <button type="button">.
  • Registered an explicit aria-label="Change account avatar" parameter onto the input layer to support screen reader text announcements.
  • Attached dynamic keyboard interaction focus boundaries (focus:outline-none focus:ring-2) and aligned group-focus actions to matching display parameters.
