#Feature: Flush metrics when service stops.

Read-Me:

• While doing metric grouping for a time period in the middle if service stop we will miss the grouping metric so we have to implement a way when service is stopped or program is stopped we will flush the metrics if it is in middle of grouping interval.

• We resolved this issue so we can close this ticket.
