Continued PR #233.

• Removed accidentally committed Python bytecode from examples/540-livekit-agents-python/src/__pycache__/
• Installed the example dependencies locally
• Verified the example test suite passes with python3 tests/run_tests.py

Result: the branch is updated and the LiveKit Agents + Deepgram example is in a cleaner state with tests passing.

• Branch example/540-livekit-agents-python is up to date with cleanup commit fc2de29
• The committed Python bytecode remains removed
• The example diff against main looks correct
• Prior validation and summary remain accurate
