Adds the state-machine recipe for voice-agents v1 (python).
Demonstrates a deterministic workflow pattern where the LLM advances
through states (GREET → COLLECT_INFO → CONFIRM → DONE) via function
calling, with dynamic prompt replacement on each transition.
