Adds the secure-temp-key recipe for voice-agents v1 (javascript).
Demonstrates the recommended browser security pattern: mint a short-lived JWT
with
auth.v1.tokens.grant(), then connect to the Voice Agent API using onlythat temporary token. The main API key never reaches the client.
