• Upgraded Benchmark to use Barrage Java Client 41.3
• Upgraded the transitive dependencies (e.g. netty, grpc) that come along with the DHC version
• Opportunistic version increases for relevant maven plugin dependencies
• Smoke tested against all DHC benchmarks
• Smoke tested with snapshot artifact against all DHE benchmarks

This PR upgrades the Deephaven benchmark project’s Barrage Java client to 41.3 and updates associated transitive/runtime dependencies and a few Maven plugin versions to match.

Changes:

• Bump Deephaven Barrage Java client artifacts (deephaven-java-client-barrage-dagger, deephaven-log-to-slf4j) to 41.3.
• Update key transitive dependencies to newer versions (Netty, gRPC, Protobuf, Confluent serializers).
• Upgrade several Maven build plugins (compiler, shade, source).
