Note: I'm not actually sure how GH decides to display the "proper" license stuff on the RHS of the repo page, but I've had trouble trying to do that even w/ the exact license. |

Yep, the template is part of the license as far as I can tell, and should be used to produce a NOTICE file if needed, but not removed from the license.

What? No. You fill that in.
Technically what the previous commit had was the only bit you need in the license file... but for whatever reason if you don't include the full terms with it, GitHub doesn't pick the license type.

The appendix is not part of the license.
https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0 shows the Apache License, and tells you how to apply the notice.
Include a copy of the Apache License, typically in a file called LICENSE, in your work, and consider also including a NOTICE file that references the License.
That's the notice blurb.... I guess it can actually just be dropped entirely from this file.

@niloc132 That blurb is literally only supposed to apply to one file... in particular, it says "this file" in the blurb. Both the Docker and Kubernetes examples you guys linked did it wrong.

@devinrsmith Some of the Apache projects also have a dumpster fire of a license file, for example: https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/master/LICENSE.txt
The Appendix isn't part of the license, it's after the Terms and Conditions, and can be omitted: https://opensource.stackexchange.com/questions/4149/include-appendix-of-apache-2-0-in-license-file

fixes #1439 - Heap usage code now guarantees that new requests won't be scheduled until all previous requests are complete. ## Testing I tested by shutting my Mac for ~2 hours and returning. Timings looks something like this: ### Summary <img width="310" alt="image" src="https://github.com/deephaven/web-client-ui/assets/1900643/0ad2d426-2fed-48e8-a255-989ee5d524f3"> It seems that requests still happen occasionally while sleeping. On Wake up, there were a few ticks resulting in "Unable to get heap usage" console errors.
