magrate admp; update .gitignore; replace abnormal water1024.pdb

1. migrate admp but abandon git history;
2. update .gitignore: add C/C++/linux/macOS/Windows/visual studio code etc. related temporary files
3. old water1024.pdb has abnormal configuration water molecules, replace it with a new one.
4. add polarization support in PME generator, and the result is consistent with the old parser and MPID.
